Thriveworks is seeking a compassionate and skilled Part Time Licensed Talk Therapist to provide premium online and in-person mental health services. This role involves supporting clients by applying therapeutic practices aimed at fostering mental wellness. Candidates will utilize innovative techniques in therapy and are expected to maintain confidentiality and high ethical standards. Conduct psychological assessments to determine client needs. Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient-specific needs. Provide therapy sessions to clients using both face-to-face and online modalities. Maintain patient documentation with high attention to confidentiality and detail. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to tailor individual client care.
