I. JOB PURPOSEThe Manger of sales and business development will be responsible for growing Micron's business, increasing its revenue, optimizing internal and external networks and resources to find new opportunities, and building the Micron brand in Health Care and Consumer markets.II. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Develops and executes sales programs, both short and long range, to ensure the profit growth and utilization or expansion of company manufacturing solutions and/or services
  • Develop outbound selling campaigns to identify and secure new accounts and new opportunities
  • Partner with Sales leadership to develop strategic plans to create new revenue opportunity
  • Collaboratively develop and utilize Micron's sales process and tools to optimize high value lead generation, pipeline management and sales conversion
  • Ensures CVMs are in place for all accounts by gathering the pertinent information so that we prepare winning proposals that meet Micron's margin expectations
  • Ensures winning proposals are prepared for manufacturing, tooling, and engineering services, on time, by working with Micron internal resources and customers
  • Plan, prepare and deliver presentations to internal and external customers to drive brand in market
  • Analyze and make recommendations on pricing strategy for the organization to drive sales growth and preferred margin
  • Establishes sales goals to ensure share of market and profitability of products and/or services
  • Must adhere to all company policies and to act as a role model in the adherence to policies
  • Must have a basic understanding of quality management systems related to FDA ISO 13485 compliance
  • Prepares sales and activity reports and projections with tools like (HUBSPOT) and Micron Sales Funnel to track and maintain account activity and status
  • Maintain awareness of competitors, expansions opportunities, customers, markets, and new industry developments and standards
  • Participate in and /or own marketing campaigns and generate marketing material such as presentations, brochures, and social media content etc.
  • Researches, analyzes, and monitors financial, technological, and demographic factors so that market opportunities may be capitalized on, and the effects of competitive activity may be minimized
  • Gather and track competitor information and industry trends
  • Travel locally, domestically, or internationally to communicate with existing and/or potential customers. Travel availability up to 50%..

    Requirements:
    III. JOB QUALIFICATIONS
    • 5 or more years' experience in sales of plastic injection molded components for Health Care and/or Consumer markets.
    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration (or related field) or equivalent on-job experience.
    • Existing contacts that will accelerate the sales cycle is a plus
    • Strong communication, interpersonal, public speaking, and leadership skills
    • Ability to work collaboratively across functional teams
    • Drive for innovation
    • Attention to detail with a strong problem solving skills
    • Potential for remote workPM21
