Job Purpose The Lead Analyst in the New England Transformation, Efficiency department will collaborate with key business stakeholders to monitor and control the Gas & Electric value case workplan by driving conversations that identify and burn down key risk. The role will also include deriving annual targets that align with corporate strategies and evolution targets; developing monthly commentary and recommendations to address value plan variances; and identify initiatives to continuously improve the management of the value case workplan. Key Accountabilities

  • Monitor New England Gas & Electric value case portfolio and analyze variances to baseline performance
  • Liaise with business, finance, and TO partners to generate lessons learned for continuous improvement and identify portfolio risks based on variance analysis
  • Develop decisions/actions with stakeholders to mitigate risk and issues (RAID management) and/or calibrate portfolio to balance cost and resources
  • Provide guidance and standardization to the Gas, Electric, and Customer organization on use of e-hub for value case project management Qualifications --- Four-year bachelor s degree, or equivalent experience. Master s preferred.
    --- Business, Project Management, Process, Engineering, or similar discipline preferred.
    --- 10+ years in the gas or electric industryTechnical Skills:
    • Project management experience
    • MS Project, P6, e-hub, or similar project management software knowledge desirable
    • Data and Variance Analysis
    • Technical writing, presentation, and facilitationBusiness Skills:
      • Stakeholder Engagement, Project Management, Performance Excellence Leadership Skills:
        • Experience in leading a cross functional team to deliver tangible business benefits
        • Experience of working with and influencing key stakeholders
        • Excellent interpersonal skills
        • Strong communication skills both oral & written
