Key Responsibilities
Recruit prospective blood donors through telephone outreach to
schedule donation appointments
Maintain daily production standards and accurate records of donor
interactions and appointments
Collaborate with recruitment managers to develop new donor
recruitment programs
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent required
Up to one year of related experience
Experience in telephone and customer service or telemarketing is
required
