Job Description:
A company is looking for an Intake Coordinator MLTC.
Key Responsibilities
Receive, scan, and ensure electronic filing of Medicaid-related
documents for applicants and members
Transcribe, format, and prepare detailed reports and documents to
support departmental needs
Coordinate the intake process, including scheduling appointments
and maintaining contact with potential members
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma required; AA/AS degree preferred
1 to 2 years of related experience required; 2 to 5 years
preferred
Intermediate knowledge of MS Word and basic knowledge of MS Excel
and other software tools
Experience in clerical or administrative responsibilities,
including data entry and database management
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and
evenings as needed
