Job Description Because of the need for consistent, in-person
collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due
to the nature of this particular role, it will be performed
full-time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at
a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time.Our employees work on the

government contract, this specific position requires US
citizenshipApplies a variety of standard and experimental finishes
to both production and prototype machined parts in conformance with
military specifications. Ensures proper surface masking and
preparations, mixing epoxies and solvents to appropriate ratios by
weight, volume or viscosity, incorporating a knowledge of scales
and weights and how substances interact. Prepares the surfaces of
parts, assemblies, and finished products by cleaning, stripping,
abrading, sanding, masking and stenciling. Selects and mixes
finishing materials: coats and /or touches up product with such
materials as paint, acrylic, varnish, enamel, lacquer, and stain
using. May monitor and verify quality in accordance with
statistical process control and procedures. Works from blueprints
and process sheets to develop finishing processes, applications and
techniques where thickness tolerances are critical.Required
Education, Experience, & Skills Typically, a High School Diploma or
GED and at least 4 years of experience.Must be able to lift
20-40lbsGood written and verbal communication skillsMust be able to
follow processes and written instructionsPreferred Education,
Experience, & Skills Lean Manufacturing ExperienceAble to be
respirator certifiedPay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $72380 -
$115830Please note: This range is based on our market pay
structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a
variety of factors including, but not limited to: business
considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as
well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and
