• Ensure the organization's information security program is effective and enforced across TTEC Public Sector
• Ensure risk assessments are conducted and mitigation plans are developed and executed, and ensure security controls are implemented
• Ensure security awareness training programs exist, are effective and also being followed
• Assist when responding to security events
• Report on the security posture of the TTEC Public Sector environments to SRG leadership
• Represent SRG in security matters that are pertinent to the TTEC Public Sector businessWhat You Bring to the Role
  • Bachelor's degree in information security, computer science, or a related field
  • 10 years of experience in information security
  • CISA or similar certification
  • FISMA Certified Professional
  • Strong understanding of security risks and threats
  • Experience with government security frameworks and standards
  • Excellent communication, presentation skills, ability to work independently and as part of a teamWhat You Can Expect
