BBS Financial LLC is looking for an experiencedadmin to join our team in a high volume tax office. Position is part time/flexible hours (about 20-25 per week) We offer a Simple IRAwith company match, extensive benefit time package all in an environment that promotes employee appreciation and teamwork.Job Duties:

  • Field telephone calls and other client communications
  • Receive and direct visitors
  • Maintain and coordinate schedules, appointments, and calendars
  • Create spreadsheets, presentations, and marketing materials

    • Conduct internet research
    • Place orders for office equipment or business needs
    • Enter data into reports as needed
