COMPANY DESCRIPTION: The Boys & Girls Club of Greater Nashua,
Inc. is a youth development organization that serves children aged

Community PartnershipsTYPE OF EMPLOYMENT: Full-time
PRIMARY FUNCTION OF THIS ROLE:The primary function and
responsibility of the Aquatics Coordinator and lifeguard is to
maintain a safe swimming environment for all Club prevent drowning
and other injuries from occurring in the Clubs pool. The lifeguard
must be able to ensure safety of patrons by minimizing or
eliminating hazardous situations or behaviors. The lifeguard must
be able to enforce pool policies and be able to communicate
effectively why said policies are in place.KEY ROLES (Essential Job
Responsibilities):As a Boys & Girls Club Aquatics Coordinator and
Lifeguard, your responsibilities include:

COMPENSATION:$18-$20/hour dependent on qualifications.
