Job Description Position would require the candidate to be a W2 employee of Donatech.US Citizenship Required. Responsible for performing a wide variety of tasks associated with the development, manufacture, or repair of products.Works on assignments that are generally complex in nature where considerable judgment & initiative are required to resolve problems and make recommendations. May determine methods and procedures on new assignments & provide general guidance to other personnel.Major functions:Duties include, but are not limited to, fabrication of a wide variety of metal housings, frames and/or parts working from raw stock and materials, troubleshooting, basic repair & servicing of equipment used. May perform Painting, finished and cleaning operations. May be required to setup and adjustment holding tolerances to specifications. May analyze results, implement problem solving and/or develop specifications and procedures. May prepare reports and recommend solutions to technical problems May float & work in other departments. Responsible for all duties as assigned within the parameters of the skill level assigned to and required by the department on either a full-time or part-time basis.Education/Experience/Licenses etc.:HS Diploma/GEDRequires 5+ yrs. of related production or mechanical experience and/or related advanced vocational training. Requires strong math skills, the ability to use specialized equipment, & tools, read difficult instructions, maintain written records & work from established drawings.Painting skills required.Aluminum Welding experienceExp with using Amada Punch pressesPress Brake experienceMinimal supervision and works well independently.
