Job Description Responsible for handling the raw materials, operating the production line and perform duties as assigned. Main Roles & Responsibilities: Perform all duties of the production operation Raw material handling Bean loading and soaking Curding Extracting Extractor cleaning Autoseal Autopack/Autocup Pasteurizing Rework Waste disposal Packaging Complete and maintain all required production paperwork and records. Report and document any equipment/process abnormalities. Work closely with Production Lead and other functions as needed to perform effectively and efficiently. Analyze root cause and provide corrective and preventative actions on process and equipment. Operate cardboard baler in accordance with safety instructions and recycle. Keep production area cleaned and organized as needed. Adheres to all Safety and GMP regulations. Other duties or projects as assigned. Knowledge & Skills Required: High energy, productive and team player Effective communication skills Problem-solving skills. Ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally. Ability to push and/or pull full tofu carts with over 70lbs. Ability to constantly lift, bend, stretch, climb stairs, and stand during entire shift. Ability to frequently kneel, squat, bend, stoop, twist and reach overhead with repetitive motions. Ability to work in extreme temperature conditions. Education & Experience Required: High school diploma/GED or equivalent. Prior food manufacturing experience is preferred but not required. Experience in driving forklift preferred but not required.
