Immediate need for a Learning & Development Coordinator experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry. This is 6 Months Contract position with possible extension located in Devens, MA . Please review the job description below: JOB ID # 22-00511 Job Description: Objective: The Learning & Development Coordinator will lead the evaluation, development, implementation, and sustainability of training curriculums assigned to Biologics Development staff. In collaboration with functional area stakeholders, the position will design training strategies to improve and sustain core competencies among staff. The coordinator must demonstrate initiative, teamwork, and commitment to follow-through with all training initiatives.Responsibilities: 1. Evaluate training needs with functional area management and subject matter experts to identify learning gaps 2. Develop and execute training strategy to address learning needs and to align with site and network initiatives 3. Design and modify appropriate training curriculum and materials to improve employee onboarding experience 4. Consolidate job descriptions for existing employees to ensure all aspects of job responsibilities are clear and concise 5. Support lean six sigma green belt project focused on improving and sustaining overall training complianceQualifications: 1. Minimum 3 years of experience that covers Learning Management System administration, instructional and curriculum design 2. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams consisting of employees at all levels 3. Excellent interpersonal skills and commitment to customer service 4. Proven ability to continually adapt and to learn new procedures and software programs 5. Highly skilled in Microsoft Office applications and Success Factors preferredOur client is a leading Pharmaceutical Organization and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar Contract positions.
