Job Description:
Performance Foodservice, a leader in food distribution within
the Food & Beverage Operations industry, is seeking a dedicated
Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic warehouse & manufacturing
team. With our commitment to delivering over 150,000 food and
food-related products nationwide, we rely on our warehouse team to
execute with precision and efficiency. This role will involve
handling essential tasks within the warehouse environment to ensure
the timely delivery of goods while maintaining the highest
standards of safety and quality. Efficiently pick, pack, and
dispatch orders as per company protocol. Load and unload vehicles,
checking for accuracy in order fulfillment. Maintain inventory by
marking and placing materials and supplies in stock. Perform
quality controls and monitor stock levels to reorder when
necessary. Assist in routine cleanup and maintenance of the
warehouse area. Operate warehouse machinery such as pallet jacks
and forklifts in a safe manner. Comply with all safety, health
regulations and company guidelines. Proficiency in inventory
software, databases, and systems. Strong understanding of
warehousing and storage procedures. Ability to operate forklifts,
pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely. Physical
stamina and dexterity necessary for lifting heavy items. Medical

Forklift Operation Certification preferred. Other material handling
certifications beneficial.
