Key Responsibilities Manage a diverse caseload in your primary area(s) of practice Represent clients in court proceedings, including trials, hearings, and mediations Strategize, negotiate, and advocate to achieve the best outcomes for your clients Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlements Maintain clear, proactive communication with clients Collaborate with fellow attorneys, intake, and paralegal staff to drive efficiency and results Optionally mentor junior attorneys and contribute to firm-wide improvement initiatives Participate in business development or community engagement if desired Qualifications Licensed to practice in Maine (or sitting for the next bar exam) 3 years of litigation experience strongly preferred (open to candidates with more or less depending on fit) Strong courtroom presence, legal writing, and client communication skills Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team setting Familiarity with civil procedure, criminal rules, and/or family law standards in Maine Apply Today If you're ready to join a firm that values your experience, supports your growth, and gives you the infrastructure to succeedwed love to hear from you.
