Job Description:

A company is looking for a Telephony Engineer responsible for maintaining its telephony infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities

Administer, develop, configure, implement, and maintain IP telephony systems and dialers
Establish and implement standards for IP telephony according to best practices
Troubleshoot issues and plan for future capacity requirements

Required Qualifications

H.S. Diploma/GED
2 years' experience with Telephony systems (PBX, VOIP, IP)
Able to complete required training programs and certification as assigned
Ability to work closely in a team environment
