Job Description:

The Barback is responsible for providing guests with a positive dining experience through excellent organization skills, maintaining bar stock and assisting bartenders. Main Responsibilities: Provides excellent guest service according to expectations outlined in the training manual § Carries out all tasks necessary to prepare the restaurant for service prior to pre-shift Maintains shift par levels on all bottles, beer, mixers, juices and fruit garnishes Keeps all service wells stocked with ice Maintains cleanliness of work area behind and adjacent to bar Completes daily and weekly side work on a consistent and thorough basis Assists other staff members as necessary Completes additional tasks as assigned by the management team Keeps management informed of any problems, complaints from guests or other team members § Follows all company policies as outlined in company handbook Accountabilities: Addresses all guests in a positive and professional way, promoting company high-quality products and services Takes all actions with guest’s best interest in mind, so as to continue to build new business and to avoid guest complaints Adheres to all barback expectations as defined in the training manual at 100%
