Physical Therapist Location: Springfield, VT Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,430 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 5/4/2026 About the Position Job Title: Physical Therapist Profession: Physical Therapist Specialty: Outpatient Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Days Hours per Shift: 8 hours, Monday - Friday, Variable shifts from 7 AM to 6 PM Experience: Minimum of 2 years current PT experience required License: New Hampshire Physical Therapy license or compact required Certifications: Active American Heart Association BLS certification required Must-Have: Doctorate in Physical Therapy required Graduate from an accredited school of Physical Therapy required Previous rehab experience required Ability to treat all normal diagnoses seen in outpatient clinics required Strongly preferred previous travel experience Highly preferred experience with CPSI EMR Preferred experience working with PTAs Description: This position involves working in an outpatient physical therapy environment. The therapist will be directly involved with each patient. The approach includes combining advanced hands-on techniques with patient education and individualized rehabilitative programs. Therapists are expected to be trained in a variety of traditional techniques and many non-traditional treatment methods. Typical patient load is 8 patients per day from Monday to Thursday and 6 patients on Friday. The traveler will provide evaluations and treatments, including manual techniques and therapeutic exercises for patients with various diagnoses. Patients may present with orthopedic and sports injuries, musculoskeletal dysfunctions, neck and back pain, neurological disorders, balance and fall prevention needs, and workplace injuries. Additionally, pelvic floor dysfunction, incontinence, and pulmonary rehabilitation may be addressed. All requests for time off must be noted prior to submission. No more than 5 days of time off will be accepted. All scheduling requests must be made at the time of submission. This role requires the traveler to have their own vehicle, as the community lacks public transport. Travelers must have voicemail set up on their phones to ensure clear communication.
