Certified Surgical Technologist - OB Specialty Location Not
specified Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule 8-hour rotating shifts, Monday to Sunday. No block
schedules are available. Job Description We are seeking a Certified
Surgical Technologist with OB experience to assist Registered
Nurses with various tasks throughout the unit in a large teaching
hospital setting. The candidate must be proficient in scrubbing for
C-sections and related gynecological procedures, ensuring a
seamless workflow in high-pressure situations. Responsibilities
Assist RNs with tasks including setup, breakdown, and unit duties
when not scrubbed. Scrub for C-sections and gynecological
procedures as required. Maintain sterile environment and adhere to
all safety protocols. Required Experience / Certifications /
Licensure AHA BLS certification. Certification through NBSTSA. A
minimum of 1 year of surgical technologist experience, specifically
in OB. Recent experience in a busy, large (500 beds), teaching
hospital. Reliable transportation is essential due to lack of
