currently seeking a dynamic, motivated, and experienced individual
for the position of Senior Manager, Congress/Peer-to-Peer Marketing
. This individual contributor role will lead the strategy and
execution of peer?to?peer (P2P) engagement initiatives supporting
the ORGOVYX brand. This role is responsible for developing
impactful peer engagement platforms – including speaker bureau
programs, advisory boards, and congress-related initiatives to
support healthcare professional understanding of ORGOVYX’s clinical
data and appropriate patient use. This role will collaborate
closely with Brand Marketing, Field Leadership, Thought Leader
Liaisons (TLLs), Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Marketing
Operations to ensure peer-to-peer programs are strategically
aligned, compliant, and optimized to support brand objectives while
generating insights to inform commercial strategy. Job Duties and
Responsibilities Own ORGOVYX congress strategy and execution across
national, regional, and local meetings in Urology, Oncology, and
Radiation Oncology Lead commercial planning and execution of:
Exhibits and sponsorships Product theaters, educational events, and
peer exchange forums Pre? and post?congress preparation and
readouts Support field team on promotional materials and resources
for key regional and local meetings Attend 5 prioritized congresses
to represent the brand and collaborate with TLLs as necessary with
speaker and/or KOL engagements Peer?to?Peer Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute the peer-to-peer marketing strategy supporting
ORGOVYX within the prostate cancer treatment landscape Develop
variety of peer engagement formats including in-person, virtual,
and hybrid programs to maximize HCP engagement Partner with
Commercial Insights & Analytics (CI&A) to translate ORGOVYX
brand strategy into measurable peer-to-peer KPIs and optimize plan
accordingly Speaker Bureau Ownership Lead strategy and management
for the ORGOVYX Speaker Bureau, including speaker content
development, speaker recruitment, training, and ongoing program
optimization Partner with Thought Leader Liaisons (TLLs) to
identify appropriate speakers and support outreach Ensure speakers
are trained to deliver PRC-approved promotional materials in
accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements
Advisory Boards & Insight Generation Develop and execute advisory
boards designed to gather insights that enhance understanding of
clinical practice, treatment decision-making, and customer
engagement opportunities Capture and synthesize insights from
advisory boards to inform customer engagement strategies and
ongoing brand initiatives Financial, Agency & Compliance Leadership
Manage peer-to-peer program budgets and vendor partnerships
supporting program execution. Lead agencies and vendors with clear
strategic direction, performance expectations, and accountability
Measurement, Optimization & Business Impact Partner with Commercial
Insights & Analytics to define KPIs and success metrics Identify
opportunities for optimization and continuously evaluate
peer?to?peer investments based on data, performance, and market
dynamics Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree required;
Master’s or MBA preferred 8 years of progressive pharmaceutical or
biotech experience 3 yrs of experience in Congress, KOL, or HCP
marketing , ideally in oncology or urology Proven ability to lead
strategy, manage complexity, and drive measurable impact Strong
business acumen, scientific aptitude, and executive communication
skills Thorough understanding of healthcare compliance and
promotional governance This role requires approximately 30-40%
travel including major congresses and select weekends. The base
salary range for this role is $159,200 to $199,000. Base salary is
part of our total rewards package which also includes the
opportunity for merit-based salary increases, short incentive plan
participation, eligibility for our 401(k) plan, medical, dental,
vision, life and disability insurances and leaves provided in line
with your work state. Our robust time-off policy includes flexible
paid time off, 11 paid holidays plus additional time off for a
shut-down period during the last week of December, 80 hours of paid
sick time upon hire and each year thereafter. Total compensation,
including base salary to be offered, will depend on elements unique
to each candidate, including candidate experience, skills,
