Job Description Northeast Outpatient FP 3 or 4 Day Quality of Life Opportunity Position Highlights: Work-Life Balance: Flexible 3- or 4-day work week with 35 bookable hours for full-time providers. Manageable Patient Volume: 800-patient panel with 2 patients per hour and only one extended hour per week. Established Practice Full Support: Work alongside 6 providers with full support staff and AI scribing available. Strong Team Culture: Seeking a community-minded physician who values teamwork and long-term relationships. Favorable Call Schedule: Phone-only call two weeknights per month with light weekend/holiday rotation. Compensation & Benefits: Guaranteed Base Salary: Based on experience. Performance-Based Bonus: RVU bonus opportunity available and negotiable. Additional Incentives: Sign-on bonus based on experience. Relocation bonus available.
