As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide top-quality nursing care focused on patient outcomes and safety. Provide direct and comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients. Monitor patient status and respond with appropriate interventions. Ensure documentation is accurate and reflects the current situation of care. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create comprehensive care plans. Educate patients and families on health conditions and post-hospital care. Participate in quality improvement projects to enhance patient outcomes and departmental efficiencies. Adhere to hospital protocols and safety guidelines to ensure patient and staff safety. Strong clinical skills in a critical care environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to utilize electronic medical record systems. Skill in responding to emergency situations promptly and effectively. Competence in IV insertion, administering medications, and operating CCU medical equipment. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New York. BLS certification. ACLS certification preferred. CCRN certification advantageous.
