This role involves providing expert care, education, and support to pediatric patients and their families. This position requires a compassionate, detail-oriented professional with a strong background in pediatric nursing and a commitment to innovative patient care. Deliver high-quality nursing care to pediatric patients. Assess patient conditions and administer medications as prescribed by physicians. Educate patients and families on treatment protocols and healthcare needs. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to devise individualized care plans. Maintain patient records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. Participate in the training of nursing students and new staff. Strong pediatric nursing skills Excellent communication and education abilities Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team Proficient in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification.
