Position: RN-OR-Operating Room (Travel/Contract) We're hiring
experienced RN-OR-Operating Room for a 13-week contract in
Pittsfield, Massachusetts — earn up to ($2823 - $2971 per week)
while providing essential care at a leading facility. Most
candidates will need to have at least 2 years of recent experience

winners. Responsibilities Provide high-quality patient care in the
operating room setting. Participate in ongoing professional
development and training. Assist in surgical procedures and ensure
a sterile environment. Evaluate and improve personal performance
based on feedback. Monitor patient vitals and respond to changes
during surgery. Adhere to safety protocols and infection control
measures. Stay updated on the latest surgical techniques and
technologies. Collaborate with surgeons and other medical staff
effectively. Utilize data to assess and enhance operational
efficiency. Maintain accurate records of patient care and surgical
procedures. Support the onboarding and training of new staff
members. Engage in team meetings to discuss patient care
strategies. Experience/Qualifications Current RN license in
Massachusetts with operating room experience. Commitment to ongoing
professional development and training. Eagerness to learn and adapt
to new surgical technologies. Demonstrated ability to assist in
complex surgical procedures. Knowledge of infection control
protocols and safety measures. Experience in monitoring patient
vitals during surgery. Ability to collaborate effectively within a
multi-disciplinary team. Strong organizational skills for
maintaining accurate patient records. Experience in providing
feedback and improving personal performance. Willingness to support
