Why you’ll love working here: Competitive Pay Signing Bonus – Salary range $60,000–$75,000, plus signing & performance bonus Work-Life Balance – Manageable caseload (~12 patients/day), weekdays only, no weekends Professional Growth – Mentorship from experienced PTs, structured onboarding, and continuing education opportunities Advanced Tools – Work with innovative equipment such as infrared goggles, overhead safety harness systems, and virtual reality Collaborative Team – Join a positive, patient-focused environment with strong clinical support Community Connection – Participate in health fairs, fall-prevention workshops, and outreach events in Framingham and the greater MetroWest community Your role: As a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) at FYZICAL Framingham, you’ll support patient progress while growing your own clinical expertise: Clinical Care Deliver high-quality treatments as directed by a licensed Physical Therapist Assist patients with balance, vestibular, orthopedic, neurologic, and geriatric rehabilitation programs Instruct patients on safe use of equipment and proper exercise techniques Document progress notes and patient updates in compliance with clinic standards Ensure patient comfort and safety during therapy sessions Support wellness initiatives including normatec recovery systems, balance club, and other evolving offerings Team Collaboration Partner with PTs to refine and carry out individualized treatment plans Work with PTAs, technicians, and students to maintain a smooth patient flow Contribute to a supportive, team-based environment focused on patient outcomes Community Engagement Participate in FYZICAL-sponsored community events, screenings, and educational programs Promote awareness of physical therapy’s role in fall prevention and overall wellness in MetroWest Boston Our ideal candidate: Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in Massachusetts (or eligible) Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-first mindset Interest in learning advanced techniques in vestibular and balance therapy Team-oriented, motivated, and eager to contribute to a growing clinic Bilingual (Spanish or Portuguese) strongly valued to serve our diverse community Experience with Prompt EMR a plus (training provided) Competitive salary and benefits: Salary range $60,000-75,000 (commensurate with experience) Signing bonus & performance bonus Paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) Health, dental and vision Insurance 401k with matching Generous continuing education and specialty certification opportunities Take the Next Step At FYZICAL Framingham, you’ll find the perfect balance of support, innovation, and opportunity .
