Location: Middlebury, VT Start Date: ASAP Practice Setting:
Outpatient | Long-Term Care (98-bed facility) Patient Volume: 8–12
patients per day EMR: Epic Schedule That Works Monday–Friday | 8:00
AM – 5:00 PM 8-hour shifts No nights, no weekends, no call Clinical
Support 1 highly experienced full-time APP on site Additional APP
support (.5 FTE) in progress Built-in rotating physician coverage
Strong nursing staff, leadership, and interdisciplinary support
Compensation Competitive payrates - to be discussed upon interest
Requirements: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal
Medicine or Family Medicine Active DEA Vermont license or IMLC
