Job Description Job Description Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1 year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A skilled Occupational Therapist is needed to support student development through targeted interventions and therapies. This role involves working within a school setting and requires travel to various locations in the Westerly, RI area. Key responsibilities include: Assessing and evaluating students functional abilities and needs. Designing and implementing individualized therapy programs to improve motor skills, coordination, and sensory processing. Collaborating with educators and support staff to integrate therapy goals within the classroom environment. Monitoring student progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary. Maintaining accurate documentation and communication with families and multidisciplinary teams. Desired qualifications and experience: Valid Occupational Therapy licensure. Experience working in educational environments preferred. Strong knowledge of pediatric developmental milestones and therapeutic techniques. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Willingness and ability to travel to multiple school locations as required.
