The Registered Nurse (RN) in Progressive Care at Southern NH Health
System provides specialized nursing care to adolescent and adult
patients requiring enhanced monitoring beyond medical-surgical
needs but not intensive care. The role involves assessing patient
conditions, implementing priority-based care plans, integrating
best practices, and engaging patients and families. Candidates must
be licensed RNs with cardiac telemetry experience and a dedication
to compassionate, patient-centered care. ENHANCED SIGN ON BONUS -

safety during the critical phase of recovery. Ratio 3:1 About the
Job: As a member of the Patient Care Services team, the 4-West
Progressive Care RN provides comprehensive and compassionate
nursing care to adolescent and adult patients requiring enhanced
monitoring and support above medical-surgical level but whose
condition does not warrant care in the Intensive Care Unit. What
You’ll Do: • Assess and implements priority-based nursing care and
establish goals to meet the patient’s needs. • Integrate patient
values, best practice, and evidence into patient care. • Engage
patients and/or families in the care delivery. • Function
competently within own scope of practice. • Utilize a communication
style/practice to meet the needs of the team and/or the situation.
Who You Are: • Graduate from an accredited school of nursing (ASN
or BSN) • Registered Nurse, licensed in the state of NH • 2 years
of progressive care/critical care RN experience preferred • 2 years
