Olaro is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Windsor, Vermont. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Med Surg - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 03/03/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel 468660 RN – Med Surg / Rehab (Travel) Shift / Schedule - Schedule per facility needs - Every other weekend & holidays if needed - No block scheduling – not approved - 48-hr guarantee NOT available - 8 hrs non-billable orientation Requirements - 2 years recent Med Surg / Rehab experience – REQUIRED - Charge RN experience – REQUIRED - Previous travel assignment (?3 months) – REQUIRED - Must be willing to float to any unit within scope - May float between Acute Rehab & Med Surg - Backup Charge Nurse coverage as needed - Own vehicle required (no public transportation) Unit Details - EMR: Cerner - Ratio: 1:4–5 - Avg Census: ~22 patients Certifications & License - Vermont RN license or Compact – REQUIRED - BLS (AHA) – REQUIRED - ACLS (AHA) – REQUIRED - BSN preferred Time Off (Strict) - ALL RTO must be included at submission - Max 5 days RTO (less is better) - NO RTO approved after upload Attendance Policy (Strict) - Mt.
