This role encompasses providing high-quality nursing care to a diverse patient population in a dynamic and challenging environment, while collaborating with a dedicated team of healthcare professionals. This position requires adaptability, resilience, and a strong commitment to improving patient outcomes. Assess patient health problems and needs, and develop nursing care plans. Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records of patient care. Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patients' responses and conditions. Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans. Prepare patients for, and assist with, examinations and treatments. Monitor, record, and report symptoms and changes in patients' conditions. Direct or supervise less-skilled nursing or healthcare personnel. Strong clinical skills in a hospital setting Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in electronic health record systems Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid RN license in the state of practice Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification preferred
