Responsibilities: Prepare operating rooms by setting up surgical instruments and equipment Monitor patient vital signs and maintain sterile field during procedures Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other medical staff to ensure seamless surgical care Document patient information and communicate effectively with healthcare team members Adhere to infection control and safety protocols rigorously Qualifications: Current RN licensure with operating room nursing experience Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and sterile techniques Excellent critical thinking and communication skills Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced, high-pressure environments Commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork Schedule: Contract position with a guarantee of 72 hours biweekly, excluding on-call time This contract role offers professional development in a leading clinical setting.
