Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse needed for a busy birthing
pavilion. ASAP starts only available. Day/Night rotation with
guaranteed hours. The unit manages approximately 1300 deliveries
annually. It features 21 rooms, a 2-bed triage room, and 2
operating rooms. Staffing guidelines include nurse-to-patient
ratios of 1:1 for Pitocin and active labors/intermittent
monitoring. For cervical ripening, the ratio is 1:2. For high-risk
medication including magnesium sulfate and insulin drips, the ratio
is 1:1. Antepartum and postpartum couplets follow a staffing ratio
