Job Description Job Posting: Geriatric Physician Location: Southern New Hampshire Area Organization: Foundation Medical Partners, an affiliate of Southern New Hampshire Health (SNHH) Overview: Foundation Medical Partners, an affiliate of Southern New Hampshire Health, is seeking a compassionate and skilled Geriatric Physician to join our team and provide specialized care across our five Post-Acute Care Unit (PACU) nursing home facilities located throughout the Southern New Hampshire area. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician who is dedicated to delivering high-quality care to elderly patients and improving their quality of life in a post-acute care setting.
