compassionate Family Medicine Physician to join our dynamic team in
Amherst, NH! This role is an excellent opportunity for a physician

Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (Board Certified / Board
Eligible) Opportunity to inherit a strong panel with a diverse
patient population Collegial Practice with solid APP Support 32-36
Patient Hours/Week 16-18ppd with light, shared call
responsibilities Seamlessly refer patients internally to
specialists within Foundation Medical Partners 330 strong
physician-led group ensuring continuity of care EMR: EPIC 501(c)
Not-for-profit Organization Clinical Affiliate of Massachusetts
