Pay Information $2,647 per week About The Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Medical / Surgical Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Rotating Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum Years of Experience Required: 1 year License: Active RN License Certifications: BLS Certification (Basic Life Support) Must-Have: - Chest tube experience - Ability to manage various drips such as Diltiazem, heparin, Lasix, insulin, or amiodarone - Experience with lines, tubes, and drains for post-surgical patients - Knowledge of tracheostomies and laryngectomies - Proficient in telemetry - Experience with complex wound care - Skills in central line care, maintenance, and blood draws Description: RN needed for immediate start. D/N rotation, 36 hours per week. Primarily caring for medical patients rather than surgical. Patient population includes those with acute or chronic illnesses such as sepsis and various infectious processes. Experience with patients suffering from acute kidney injury or chronic kidney disease (including hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis) is beneficial. Familiarity with diabetes, gastrointestinal issues, fluid and electrolyte imbalances, alcohol withdrawal, liver disease, substance misuse, endocarditis, and heart disease is required. Experience with skin and wound issues and managing acute and chronic respiratory illnesses, including COPD, flu, pneumonia, and cystic fibrosis, is a plus.
