Job Description:
Are you a licensed Occupational Therapist seeking a rewarding
home health care opportunity?
Enjoy a full-time role in Norwalk, OH with flexible scheduling and

Provide high-quality patient care through evaluations, care plans,
and discharge visits.
Communicate daily with office staff, patients, and home health

Collaborate with Physical Therapist Assistants to coordinate

Attend meetings and case conferences as needed.
Requirements: Current OT licensure, Bachelor's degree, ability to
travel within 40 miles of Norwalk, strong communication skills,
home healthcare experience preferred.
