Job Description:
Experienced RN responsible for providing independent routine and
complex nursing care in a clinical setting.
Utilizes the nursing process for assessment, diagnosis, planning,
intervention, and evaluation.
Addresses patients' psychological, emotional, social, and cultural
needs, administering medications and treatments per protocol.
Documents patient data accurately and educates patients and
families.
Supports unit operations, manages patient flow, and ensures safety
and quality standards.
Adheres to clinical policies, maintains documentation, and ensures
equipment functionality.
Requires BSN (preferred), RN licensure, BLS, and certifications
(STABLE, NRP).
Experience in perinatal care preferred; must complete onboarding,
annual competencies, and certifications within specified
timelines.
Work schedule is 7PM-7AM, part-time.
