*Summary*

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team at Northeast Rehabilitation Hospital Network. In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering high-quality patient care and supporting individuals on their journey to recovery. Your contributions will directly impact the lives of our patients and their families.

*Responsibilities*
* Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in _acute rehab hospital._
* Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
* Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
* Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.

*Requirements*
* Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in NH
* Experience in acute care or rehabilitation nursing preferred.
* Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with patients and team members.
* Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
* Compassionate, patient-centered approach to nursing.
