Job Description:
Targets and delivers communications to customers and prospects
through email, direct mail, phone calls, and onsite messaging,
including event invitations, marketing and service communications,
product promotions, and leading nurturing campaigns. Creates
customer contact lists, using Unica Campaign, SQL Developer, and
Adobe Target to send marketing and service communications to
customers. Primary Responsibilities: Provides expertise on data availability/constraints and testing
techniques during campaign planning and development phases. Estimates and controls email and direct mail production budgets
by optimizing contact channels for campaigns. Conducts tests to analyze, segment, and channel effectiveness to
assist in estimating budgets for future communications. Supports Artificial Intelligence (AI) campaigns. Gathers and analyzes communication requirements and translates
them into documentation. Utilizes key campaign performance metrics and recommends ways to
optimize campaign design. Designs lists to enable learnings, using A/B and multivariate
testing techniques. Establishes templates, queries, and subqueries in a campaign
management tool using available data models. Implements, documents, and publishes best practices. Acts as a liaison between marketing and technology teams to
ensure new technical and data projects are developed to work
appropriately with the campaign management system. Education and Experience: Bachelors degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Computer
Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems,
Mathematics, Physics, or a closely related field and six (6) years
of experience in the job offered or six (6) years of experience
performing data analytics and campaign management to support
marketing campaigns. Or, alternatively, a Masters degree (or foreign education
equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Information
Technology, Information Systems, Mathematics, Physics, or a closely
related field and four (4) years of experience in the job offered
or four (4) years of experience performing data analytics and
campaign management to support marketing campaigns. Skills and Knowledge: Candidate must also possess: Demonstrated Expertise (DE) building campaign segmentation and
strategies -- synchronizing customer experience across channels --
using direct marketing industry techniques and practices including,
direct measurement, data-driven targeting, personalization, and
experimental design; and measuring the effectiveness of emails,
direct mail, and outbound calls using key performance metrics --
email engagement (open, click thru, and un-subscription rate), lift
in incremental new money, and Web sessions. DE partnering with segment, channel, and onsite marketing teams
to develop promotional service campaigns and trigger-based
notifications to drive client awareness, engagement, and
satisfaction, and growth of business, using Adobe Target, Unica
Campaign, and Salesforce marketing Cloud. DE designing cross-channel personalized marketing communications
deployed through email, direct mail, outbound/inbound calls, and
onsite content, using customer data and journey analytics, and
marketing technology/platforms -- Salesforce, Adobe, and Unica
Campaign. DE creating service and promotional campaign cycles and
monitoring campaign executions -- ad hoc and triggered campaign
runs, quality assurance approvals, and file release authorization
