Key Responsibilities
Build trusted relationships with customers through consultative
solutioning
Schedule and conduct kick-off calls to understand client needs and
goals
Develop and deliver comprehensive platform training sessions for
clients
Required Qualifications
Experience in customer success/service or HR SaaS companies
Prior implementation experience in the EOR industry
Ability to explain complex topics clearly and concisely
Organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively under
pressure
Self-motivated with a positive attitude, adaptable to change
