Classification: Exempt / Non-Bargaining Position may be located

lives. We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Sales
Enablement Manager to manage the sales support department,
including the supervision, coordination, direction, and evaluation
of all sales support department activities. The selected individual
will lead the strategic growth and application of the sales
enablement team. The Sales Enablement team provides sales leaders
and account executives with pre-sales and post-sales customer
success management to drive growth and success for the CCI
Commercial sales Organization. Partnering with the sales team and
broader support organization, the sales enablement manager will
develop and execute impactful solutions for transforming the sales
process. Success is measured by the overall business impact of
these solutions and cross-functional collaboration.High level
interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills are required
in order to establish and maintain positive working relationships
with numerous internal and external parties.
Responsibilities
Qualifications
Demonstrates ability to effectively communicate and build
relationships at all internal and external organizational levels
across our entire geography. Works closely with and influences
internal groups such as Sales, Product Management, Installation
Project Management, Engineering, and Finance.

Salary
Pay range (commensurate with skills and experience): $75,000 -
$85,000 Annually.
