TTEC Digital is hiring a Director, Sales Operations - Business Intelligence reporting directly into the VP of TTEC Digital Sales Operations and will partner with senior leaders to support the overall success and growth of TTEC Digital. -What you will be doingIn this role you will be responsible for unifying and coordinating CRM processes across TTEC Digital practices in support of TTEC Digital sales opportunities. You will have the opportunity to foster a high performing, continuously improving team and will serve as a key leader in the design of the operational platform to best support the future growth of TTEC Digital's pricing operations. - -In this role you will provide day-to-day work direction and leadership to a small team of direct reports. In addition, you will assume human-resources related responsibilities for the team, including but not limited to conducting 1:1 meetings, performance reviews, making compensation recommendations, and making staffing decisions in conjunction with the Senior Leadership Team. -Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Participate with the VP of Sales Operations and the Sales Operations leadership team in developing and executing new strategies and initiatives to improve sales
  • Support and enable sales pursuit processes
  • Support the deal qualification process
  • Coordinate with third party analyst as required on Sales Operations best practices
  • Provide project management support for key initiatives as identified by the VP of Sales Operations and the Chief Revenue Officer, such as managing the
    • Go To Market Organization Change Management strategies and initiatives
    • Client Advisory Board communications and coordination
    • Quarterly Sales Town Hall agenda, coordination, and presentation development
    • Board presentation support
    • Coordination for the weekly Big Deal Executive Review -
      • Support initiatives related to acquisition of new companies
      • Maintain CRO Org Charts'
      • Lead CRM Data Integrity projects
      • Integrated and/or Multi-Practice Deal validation and tracking
      • Collaborate cross-functionally with a primary focus on the Global TTEC Digital business
      • Support Pipeline Readiness (launch readiness)
      • Manage tracking of special groups of opportunities
      • Sales Performance Analytics including:
        • Full Funnel Analytics (Marketing and Sales)
        • Marketing Analytics
        • Win/Loss by Segment and Vertical
        • Win/Loss Interviews
        • Historical Analytics
        • Strategic Planning Support
        • Power Bi Dashboards
        • Sales Activity
        • Sales Productivity
        • AdHoc Analyses -What skills you will bring:
          • Personal: - Strong interpersonal skills, high energy and enthusiasm, integrity and honesty, flexible, results oriented, resourceful, problem-solving ability, deal effectively with difficult situations, ability to prioritize.
          • Leadership: - Ability to gain credibility, motivate and provide leadership; work with a diverse customer base; maintain a positive attitude.
          • Operations: - -Ability to manage multiple projects, and products. Perform task at hand in a customer friendly manner while utilizing time and resources efficiently and effectively.
          • Technical: - Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts; proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial analysis tools.
            • Knowledge of CRM systems, data visualization/BI tools (e.g. Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Power BI), and contact center metrics a plus
            • 10 years of experience in Enterprise B2B Sales, Sales Operations, CRM and Reporting
            • Demonstrated successful team leadership and mentoring experience
            • Executive level, excellent communication and organization skills
            • Expert knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel and MS Word
            • Strong project management skills
            • Able to work well within a cross-functional team and ever-changing environment to achieve personal and department goals
            • Feels comfortable to communicate with different functions and colleagues based in a global, multi-site, and multi-cultural environment -
            • 5 years in Customer Experience contact center operations, solutioning, sales training and marketing -
            • Experience with sales, operations, and marketing of Customer Experience technologies#LI-BB2#LI-REMOTE
