Overview of Video Auto MechanicThe Video Auto Mechanic will be part of our video production team which creates step-by-step instructional videos for our TRQ YouTube channel on a variety of cars and trucks. The position is fast-paced and highly focused on the quality of the repair. The ability to explain how specific parts of the vehicle function is important, along with understanding and explaining the benefits of installing parts. The ultimate goal is to empower our customers to repair their vehicles themselves. This position will be based out of our video studio in Pepperell, MA.Responsibilities of Video Auto MechanicAutomotive repairDetailed narrative of parts and automotive repair for the purpose of making a video that will be uploaded to our TRQ YouTube channel as a reference for consumersRepresent the TRQ brand by empowering people to "do it yourself" automotive repairRequired to provide your own automotive repair toolsClean and maintain the video studio including all tools, props, and equipmentMaintain a schedule of upcoming projectsMove vehicles in and out of the studio as neededQualifications of Video Auto MechanicHigh School Diploma or equivalentMinimum of 2 years of experience as a professional auto mechanicASE Certification Level BAble to articulate the repair process to an untrained personProficient computer user and knowledge of the internetYouTube knowledge a plusMicrosoft Teams knowledge a plusUse and understand Microsoft Office programsA valid driver s licensePlease note: This job description is not all inclusive, but rather is intended to capture the majority of the job functions.About 1A Auto, Inc.1A Auto is a high growth e-commerce company and we pride ourselves on employing the best talent.
