Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available in an
educational setting located in Minot, ND. This role involves
providing specialized speech and language therapy services to
students, ensuring their communication needs are effectively
addressed to support academic success. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments to identify students' speech and language
disorders Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
based on student needs Collaborate with teachers, parents, and
other professionals to support student progress Maintain accurate
records of therapy sessions and student outcomes Participate in
team meetings and contribute to educational planning Travel between
school sites as required to deliver services Qualifications and
Experience: Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license or
certification appropriate for the state Experience working in a
school environment preferred Strong knowledge of pediatric speech
and language disorders Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills Ability to manage caseload independently while collaborating
effectively with school staff Flexibility to travel as necessary
