Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1 years
Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. A full-time Behavior
Specialist with BCBA credentials is needed for the 2025/2026 school
year at a K-12 school located in Barre, VT. This contract position
begins ASAP and tentatively ends on June 19, 2026, following the
school calendar. The professional will support students at Barre
City Elementary & Middle School and Barre Town Middle & Elementary
School. Key Responsibilities: - Implement Applied Behavior Analysis
(ABA) interventions and support students with behavioral needs. -
Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to develop
and monitor behavior plans. - Collect and analyze data to assess
progress and modify interventions as needed. - Provide training and
guidance to school personnel regarding behavior management
strategies. - Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to
multidisciplinary team discussions. Qualifications: - Bachelors
degree in a related field preferred; equivalents with two years of
relevant experience considered. - State licensure or certification
requirements fulfilled. - Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
credential preferred. - Strong understanding of K-12 behavioral
interventions and educational environments. - Excellent
communication and teamwork skills. Work Details: - Location: Barre,
VT. - Schedule: Full-time at 37.5 hours per week. - Caseload
includes students from local elementary and middle schools. This
