The Position We're hiring a Commercial Roofing Technician to handle installation and service tasks in Southern NH and Massachusetts. Join the IRC team and exceed customer expectations with your work ethic, expertise, and communication skills. Responsibilities Report to the Foreman. Provide roofing service and support. Respond to customers professionally and promptly. Perform installation, repair, and maintenance. Build strong client relationships through excellent service. Follow all safety procedures. (Required) Valid Drivers License. (Required) Proficiency in English. Ability to work flexible schedules. Strong listening skills to effectively communicate with coworkers and clients. Results-oriented, with a focus on organization, detail, and accuracy. Ability to lift 50 lbs. and safely move equipment on-site. Comfort with climbing ladders and working confidently at heights. Proficiency with power and hand tools.
