Job Description Job Description Job Title: Licensed Plumber - Installation Specialist Job Description We are seeking a Massachusetts-licensed plumber to join our team as an Installation Specialist. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in both residential and commercial plumbing installations, with a particular focus on fast-paced, code-driven environments such as restaurants and schools. Responsibilities Perform installation of plumbing systems for new construction and renovation projects in homes, restaurants, and schools. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications. Install water supply lines, drainage systems, fixtures, and equipment according to state and local codes. Collaborate with general contractors, project managers, and inspectors to ensure smooth project execution. Troubleshoot installation-related issues and provide solutions that meet safety and quality standards. Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, materials used, and project progress. Ensure compliance with Massachusetts plumbing codes and company safety protocols. Essential Skills Valid Massachusetts Journeyman or Master Plumber License. 3 years of plumbing installation experience in residential and/or commercial settings. Strong understanding of plumbing codes, especially for food-service and educational facilities. Ability to work independently and manage installation tasks from start to finish. Comfort working on ladders, lifts, and in tight spaces. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience with construction, plumbing, and installation processes. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
