Orlando, FL - Relocation available
Salary Range: $180 000 - 200 000 base or higher DOE plus large bonus packageAbout the company and CFO opportunity:Our client is a Fortune 500 homebuilding company seeking a CFO to oversee financial operations and ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements. The CFO position will offer the chance to collaborate with an industry leading team and enjoy a tremendous benefits package as well.Essential Duties and Responsibilities of the CFO:

• Provide timely and accurate financial information and business plans to leadership.
• Oversee homebuilding operations, ensuring efficient policies and internal controls.
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with corporate guidelines.
• Evaluate land deals and monitor development budgets.
• Implement policies to enhance operational efficiency and technology use.
• Supervise and train staff on financial systems.
• Conduct business professionally to serve customers and enhance company reputation.
• Travel overnight as needed.Required Qualifications of CFO:
  • Master's degree or similar
  • 7-10 years of related experience.
  • Proficiency with MS Office and email.
  • Ability to follow instructions and use company applications.
  • Ability to sit for extended periods, use hands for typing, and have close/peripheral vision.
  • Intermediate noise level environment.Preferred Qualifications of CFO:
    • Homebuilding industry experience.
    • Strong communication skills.
    • Ability to multitask with attention to detail.
