Job Description:

Duties: Will serve as Senior Systems Analyst, PI Mobile Channel and report

to the Vice President responsible for mobile business and systems analysis.

Will be responsible for analyzing Fidelity Mobile app business requirements

and designs to provide decision support to Mobile Product Management, User

Experience Design, and Technology teams.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Participate in the development and execution of short-term and long-

term strategic Mobile offerings for the PI organization in strong

partnership with Channel, Marketing, and Product partners.

• Facilitate discussions between the development and business teams

to capture business and systems requirements, stories, use cases, business

flows and acceptance criteria.

• Support the team through the Agile or traditional Waterfall project

life cycle including requirements gathering, development, design,

testing/quality assurance and production release.

• Assist in evaluating the design of new and existing systems to

judge their functionality, effectiveness, reliability, performance, usage,

maintainability and cost of ownership.

• Execute analysis for medium to large projects under moderate

supervision.

• Recommend modifications to designs for achieving priority business

requirements.

• Document objectives, use cases, requirements, stories, workflows,

and product specifications.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (or foreign education equivalent) in

Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems,

Mathematics, Physics, Finance, Business Administration or a closely related

field and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or three (3)

years of experience in systems analysis and design of distributed or mobile

applications within a financial services environment; or, alternatively, a

Master’s degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Computer Science,

Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Mathematics,

Physics, Finance, Business Administration or a closely related field and

one (1) year of experience in the job offered or one (1) year of experience

in systems analysis and design of distributed or mobile applications within

a financial services environment. Candidate must also possess: Demonstrated

Expertise (“DE”) in GUI design including conducting Fusion sessions --

creating, reviewing and updating user stories with Jira and storing and

creating documentation using Wiki Confluence -- and performing user

experience testing of online financial services applications; DE in systems

analysis of the full software development life cycle according to Waterfall

and Agile methodologies -- including requirements elicitation, systems

design specifications, user stories, document management, data analysis,

quality assurance and creation of case diagrams, data flow diagrams and

process flow diagrams using MS Visio and MS Office; DE performing defect

tracking/management using Rational Clear Quest or HP Quality Center; and DE

designing brokerage applications using Java and C, and writing SQL queries

within a SQL and DB2 database environment.
